1. Your account

By creating an account with Picci AI, you agree to these Terms. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Baby shower gift payments

Picci AI lets guests send money toward gifts on a family's registry. These payments are processed by Stripe and are paid directly to the family's own Stripe account — Picci AI does not hold, receive, or take a cut of these funds.

3. Families are responsible for refunds and chargebacks

If a guest's payment is later reversed — for example because their bank issues a chargeback, or because a refund is needed — the family that received the money is responsible for repaying that amount. Stripe may attempt to recover the shortfall directly from the family's connected bank account. Picci AI is not responsible for covering these losses. By setting up payouts, a family acknowledges and accepts this responsibility.

4. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Picci AI after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
